Spares for steam and water heating boilers of high power.

The "Continent Service" offers spares for steam and water heating boilers of high power. According to customers wishes a retail or necessary spares are supplied.

Spares for steam boilers with 50-670 t/h power:

• Tubular air heaters, air heaters, air pipes, gas pipes
• Boiler carcasses, ladders, stages, crenels
• Heating areas of high power steam boilers:
  - furnace screens;
  - screen superheaters;
  - convection superheaters;
  - o economizers (including ribbed).
• Steam coolers, collectors, steam drums.
• Reducing cooling and fast-speed reducing cooling machineries with steam pipes and piping.
• Reconstruction of high power coal-fired and gaseous black-oil boilers.

High power steam boilers are used at the thermal power-stations and state-operated distributive power stations for a fair-sized steam of high pressure and temperature production. This steam is used in chemical, oil-processing, food industries, for heating of different objects or for a producing of industrial electric power.

Water heating boilers with working power more than 0.07 MPa and water temperature more than 115°С. are used in the heat electropower stations and large boiler houses for a producing of pressure and temperature, which are necessary for a hot-water supply and heating in different industries.

 A warranty period of a manufacturer:
The minimal warranty period for spares is 12 months from the implementation, but no more than 36 months from the shipping. The warranty period for some equipment can be from 2 till 10 years (boilers and some spares, possessing a high wear resistance).
